Single Layer or Dual Layer Fiber Reinforced PVC Coated Water Hose
This hose is newly developed based on the advanced technology abroad. It takes terylene fiber as strengthen material which is waved to tube shape by waving machine and then the extruded PVC is coated on the surface of waved tube forming hose. This machine reaches the international advanced level because of advanced automatic level and easy operation and repairing.
PVC Coated Water Hose Production Line: Single wall or multi wall hoses with different pressure rating and sizes are available as per the requirement of customer. This product is mainly applied in agricultural irrigation, industrial liquid conveying, fire fighting and gas transmission etc which is the cheapest medium and high pressure hose.
The applicable temperature is 10℃-60℃ (Custom making service available as per customer special requirements)
Plastic Coating Product Selection Plan
Firstly qualified plastic coating hose shall be selected. The plastic coating water hose shall meet related industrial standard: min wall thickness shall bigger than 1.5mm, agricultural irrigation plastic coating water hose pressure shall be bigger than 0.6MPa, smooth surface free of fiber breaking, warping, internal or external groove, decoating hole or coating dirt etc.
1.Colour & smell: when select red & blue water hose the visual quality response shall be colour and smell. Colour shall be even and bright with light smell.
2.Water hose liner appearance: Usually red & blue water hose is waved by polyester filament. This filament is composed by several fibers. We can tell if the water hose are qualified by checking the density of waving.
3.Test: Take a section of water hose. Cut the water hose along the axial direction and scratch the internal wall of water hose by the blunt. The colour of fiber appears at the cut shall be white; there shall not be apparent scratch. We can tell the quality by the test result above.
