Basic Configuration

1. Extruding machine: Main machine screw stem OD: 80mm; assistant machine screw stem OD: 70mm. Mutation pitch screw, right angle die head and muti group heating.

2. Lengthened water tank: it provides different cooling needs of different products making the straps forms in the best tensile state.

3. Tracking Machine: The tracking machine adopts biaxial tracking device and dual roller internal rotation gantry pressing tacking device. The two tacking devices’ speed is adjusted by the CVT (continuously variable transmission) device separately forming a different linear speed difference front and back.

4. Stretching tank: Electric far infrared heated water immersing stretching method.

5. Coiling Machine: kinds of coiling machines are available to fulfill manual packing strap or machine packing strap needs of customers.
