Product Features of corrugators
1.The whole frame of the machine is welded by the strengthened U Steel; The main panel is made of cast iron which makes the machine more durable.
2.The mould blocks are PUSHED FORWARD by the GEAR which provides a tighter match between mould blocks.
3.More durable mould blocks and mould chains.
4.If one or two mould blocks are damaged just uninstall the damaged mould blocks and re connect the mould chain and continue to work. That lowers the using cost greatly.
5.One corrugator can match several mould chains which lowers the purchasing and using cost.
6.Pipe is cooled by wind and main panel is cooled by water. Better cooling effect and lower cost are both available.
7.Automatic oil lubrication provides long term using by one time setting.
8.Specialized planetary reducer matches the frequency conversion motor provides a more stable running.
9.Automatic Error Alarm Equipment
