Production Principle

EPE formed sheet/film production line is used to produce EPE pearl cotton sheet and profiles. The melted LDPE is mixed with butane gas, talc powder, anti shrinkage agent and other additives and extruded by extruding machine. The extruded LDPE mixture foams at die head and lips and sheet dimension is fixed by the shape forming equipment then transmitted to cutting machine and collector.

Working Principle

Formula Mixing→Heat and Extruding→Add Foaming Agent→Mixing and Plastifying→Extruding→Cooling and Shape Forming→Cutting→Tracking→Spread Flat→Coiling
