1.Frequency converter is applied guarantees the stability of machine and saves as much as 30% power
2.Screw and barrel is made of 38CrMoAl and nitriding treated, alloy sprayed on the surface to make it more abrasion resistance.
3.High tracking shelf is applied to improve the film cooling effect.
4.Air cooling is frequency converter controlled to get the best cooling effect.
5.This machine is mainly used to extrusion HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE film which are widely used on composite film, packing film, covering film in agriculture, textile and fashion package etc.
6.High speed screw is applied, enlarged electric motor and double vent air ring increase the tracking speed to 100m/min compare to 35m/min.
